About the Founder - Dhwani Jain
Dhwani Jain, an engineer turned social entrepreneur, quit her corporate career with a dream to build an inclusive society and is running her own non profit organisation – KARMA Foundation.
She represented the nation as the head of Indian delegation to BRICS & SCO International Spring Festival in Russia, and made a strong point towards world peace & India’s soft-power in sync with the Indian philosophy of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’.
She is the State President of UP Soft Skills & Mentoring Council at Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) and member of the National Preparatory Committee for the World Youth Festival.
She is the recipient of - Social Worker of the Year Award by FICCI FLO, Exceptional Woman of Excellence by Women Economic Forum, Dr. Sarojini Naidu International Award for Working Women, The Global Excellence Award 2021, Pride of the Nation Excellence Award, GURUPNISHAD SAMMAN, Global Inspirational Woman Award 2022, Leader Award by WeMakeChange and Hero Award by Reebok, amongst other accolades.
Dhwani has been recognised as the ‘Global Change Maker’ and titled as Dhasu Womaniya by Niti Aayog - WEP. She featured in the special edition of ‘Women Entrepreneurs - 2020’ by Insights Success. Her journey has also been covered by HerMoneyTalks, ValiantCEO, Harappa Education and Sheconomy.
Dhwani is a global change maker, youth icon, an eminent speaker and a visionary leader regularly invited as an expert by various organisations including corporates like KPMG Singapore, Haryana State Commission for Women, Women Economic Forum, WICCI, educational institutions (including medical and engineering colleges, NITs, colleges of Delhi University, IEEE, WIE and schools), MyGov, conferences as well as National & International Media.
